UNAR Holiday Hours

    The UNAR offices will be closed on Thursday, April 6, 2023 and Friday, April 7, 2023 for Spring Break. Our office will reopen on Monday, April 10, 2023 at 9:00 am. 

    Renewals, applications, and general questions can be emailed to office@utahcnaregistry.com. 

    All emails will be processed in the order they were received. To verify that your renewal has been processed, check your TMU account or our on-line registry prior to contacting our staff.

    Multiple emails regarding your request will slow processing time as each request will need to be reviewed before responding. Unless there is additional information to add, please only submit a single request.
